Poland – Polish independence day (Nov) is to celebrate a new post communist nation.

Germany – It is a unified germany, where they celebrate unification day (young nation as well)

(put it this way)
East Timor is a new nation
Montenegro is a new nation
so
Iraq would be a new nation as well.

XINCH=> No Problem.

ALL=> Did you guys aware that DEMOCRACY is a combination of word DEMO and OCRACY. DEMO means “Street”. OCRACY means “RULES”. You can’t find OCRACY in just any dictionary. It was there when ADAM WISPHEUT invented the concept of DEMOCRACY. So, No Wonder on the above arguments raised.

Quite frankly, what gets my gall is the fact that they call themselves “Prnces of the Earth”…erm Hello? The orang aslis are..non-existent izzit?

Cool Down. “Birth of a Nation” in a way is not correct. There was Malaya before Malaysia. There was and still there is the “Sultan – Leaders of the State”. Most of them roots from the Malacca Sultanate and the Southern Thai Sultanate. Before Malaya there was a nation in form of state. Either with or without Portugese, Dutch, British or Japanese occupations these states were nations before. Untill the Sultans agree to form Majlis Raja-Raja and agree to form Malaya and then Malaysia. Therefore, to put it as “Birth of a Nation” is not correct.

Poland was occupied by the Germans. Still they’re not a new nation. East Germany and West Germany, we cannot call the current German as birth of new nation. Libya was occupied by the Italian. Still Libya is not a new nation. And now Iraq, are we going to call Iraq as the new nation. Even with long track records back to the Mesopotamian.

I think, it is not right to call any other nation in this world as new nation.
