This Chinese New Year holidays were the longest CNY hols I’d spent in Penang since I came to KL – I was back for a total of 11 days!

As usual, Day 1+2 of CNY hols are usually spent with family members. I rarely lug my camera around during the first day of CNY because I absolutely detest visiting in the terrible heat that accompanies the Chinese new year. Day 2 is typically the ‘funner’ day of the holidays as I have food, boisterous relatives and lots of gambling at my maternal grandmother’s place in Hillside.

Again, for the millionth time since we graduated from highschool, we moved towards Starbucks for post-dinner drinks and desert where Chiew Whoi joined us, and typical wackiness ensued
