Today, I’m going to tell you another story.
Remember that girl from a blogpost dated almost exactly a year back? You see, one day, Girl, was in the living room talking to her house-mates. They were having an amicable chat about Switchfoot and the sheer idiocy of a certain slave when Girl hears dear Ronnie Winter’s voice singing, “Hey girl you know you drive me crazy… One look puts the rhythm in my hand..“. It takes Girl a second to register that “It’s coming from my room!” and another second to register that “Nokia’s playing it!“. When girl snaps out of her amicable chat and hazy thoughts girl excuses herself and quickly rushes to her room to get Nokia. It was then that Cupid struck! Girl’s foot made a connection with a certain wall in Girl’s room and in a matter of microseconds, wall fell in love with Girl’s foot instantly and as they would say, was electrified by Girl’s foot. Alas, as fate would have it, Girl’s foot did not return the sentiment and tried to pull away. In a moment of vengeance Wall refused to let go of it’s last moment with foot and held on to the Baby of all Toes! It resulted in a large collision when Girl and foot kept moving but Wall refused to let go!
And then after a second or two, Wall hesitantly let go of the Baby of all Toes.
Of course, Girl was in a heap on her bed.
Ouch.
Girl was so horrified to find Baby of all Toes unresponsive! And crooked, no less!
Ouch, again!
After an icepack, a dose of Arcoxia, 2 phone calls to Bones and an online chat with the CrazyMedStudentFriend, Girl decided to go to bed.
This morning when Girl woke up, Baby of all Toes was bruised… and still unresponsive.
Tomorrow, come morn, Girl will head to Damansara Specialist Hospital.
Girl needs to get Baby of all Toes X-Rayed.
Baby of all Toes still unresponsive.
Vengeful wall!

Izzy added these pithy words on Feb 06 08 at 1:16 amI never knew that there was always a love story behind a collision of toes and wall. I just thought it was down to klutziness. *grin*
